1. Data stored on your computer
Tube Sites Submitter is a desktop application. Your profiles, tube site accounts, credentials, video files and job history are stored locally on the machine where the software is installed. Credentials are held in the application’s built-in password manager. We do not upload or have access to this data.
2. Data we collect
When you purchase a licence we collect the information needed to process the order and support you: name, email address, billing details handled by our payment provider, and your licence key with its activation status.
If you contact support, we keep the correspondence and any log files you send us so we can help and improve the product.
3. How we use it
To deliver and activate your licence, provide support, send service notices about your licence or important product updates, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never receive or store full card numbers. Their own privacy policies apply to the payment transaction.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep order and licence records for as long as legally required. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the Support page. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for basic operation and, where enabled, anonymous usage analytics. No advertising cookies are set by us.
