The Monthly and 3-Month plans are recurring subscriptions — they renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
The Yearly plan is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically; we send you a reminder before it expires so you can decide.
Log in to your account and renew there — your details and licence key are already stored, so it takes one click and your existing key keeps working. We also send a reminder e-mail before your licence expires, with a direct renewal link.
If you no longer know which e-mail you used, contact support with your licence key and we’ll find the account for you.
A license is intended for one active machine at a time — your desktop or a VPS. If you do not have a VPS, we can arrange one for you. If you need to move it to a different computer, contact support and we'll reset the activation for you.
The application stops running new distribution jobs and stops receiving tube site database updates. Your profiles, accounts and content stay on your machine — renew and everything picks up where it left off.
