All the information which can be entered in the Video step can also be imported from an external file. It is useful to enter as much video info as possible (myself, I fill out everything) so that you give the tube site owners everything they might need. This gives your video a bigger chance to get published on their tube sites quickly.
I will now show you how a few clicks in the Tube Sites Submitter will let you import and get ready hundreds upon hundreds of videos in a snap.
In the first place we will locate the file named tubeimport.txt which contains import parameters. This file is located in the install folder of the Tube Sites Submitter.

2. Here are the parameters… as you can see, each parameter is a placeholder for some information and during import this information will be entered in the Tube Sites Submitter’s Video step. So for instance
the Short Title parameter will be inserted into the Short Title field in the Video step.

4. This is where I enter the info prepared beforehand which I want to import during the Video step.
Note:
Always import videos by placing the description and other info about a single video on a single line before proceeding to enter the info on the next video on the following line. Repeat this for all your videos…
5. Here you see the data which I entered and which I’ll soon be importing in the Video step. All the pieces of information which are related to a video occupy one single line and must be in the same order as the parameters. In my case the Short Title is “Two Lesbians Playing” and will be imported (along with all the other parameters) in the Video step.
Always enter your data in the order of the parameters:
short title|long title|short description|long description|tags|videofile|categories|videotype|sitename|siteurl|2257url|production|broadcast|anonymous
This is how to fill in the details on a video correctly:

6. We are now going to import all the video info.
7. Click on the Import Videos button
NOTE
You will find the file (tubeimport.txt) in the install folder of the Tube Sites Submitter. It already contains the parameters pre-filled and will make your work easier.
8. Here you can see that all the details about my video as I entered them in the TXT file have been imported.
Note: If you are importing many videos (dozens or hundreds) the import process may take several minutes.
9. Let us check that everything was imported correctly.
10. Here you see the imported video, so now all we need to do is set up its scheduled upload.
Note: If you are importing a batch of videos you can set scheduled upload for each video individually.
11. All we need to do now is click on the Save & Continue button and launch upload in the next step.
